Previously, as a Customer Service Advisor at Flakky Foods, I managed order processing, complaint resolution, and multi-channel customer inquiries to ensure positive experiences.

Earlier, I worked in Customer Support at Secure Records where I responded to inquiries, troubleshot technical issues, and resolved complaints professionally and empathetically. I am tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
