What I'm looking for
I’m a psychology graduate building my career in Human Resources through professional training and practical learning projects. I’m detail-oriented, organized, and communicative, and I enjoy collaborating with people to continuously develop my HR skills.
Over the past year, I strengthened my foundation in talent acquisition and HR operations—especially conducting effective candidate interviews using behavioral, case, and stress interview methods. I also trained in job description writing to create clear, structured, and measurable roles aligned with organizational goals, and in KPI creation to evaluate employee and team performance.
My HR knowledge goes beyond sourcing and selection. I studied HRIS fundamentals, workforce planning (MPP), labor regulations (Law No. 6 of 2023), and practical HR administration including payroll administration, wage components, BPJS, income tax (PPh 21), drafting employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), and creating SOPs.
To support recruitment and talent development, I’ve learned to administer and interpret psychological testing tools such as Kraeplin and Pauli, Papikostick, CFIT, and personality tools like DISC and MBTI. I’m motivated to contribute to a professional team and help deliver strong hiring and people-management outcomes.
