I’m an HR professional with 1–3 years of progressive experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, and Organizational Development—delivering end-to-end recruitment and practical people programs in fintech, manufacturing, and tech settings.
In recruitment, I own workforce planning through offer negotiation: job analysis, salary structure design, job posting, screening, psychometric assessment administration (DISC, MBTI, PAPI Kostic, CFIT, Kraepelin, WARTEG), BEI, and interview coordination, including CEO interviews.
I’m hands-on with onboarding and retention. I administer onboarding documentation (offer letter, contract, NDA), run structured 3-month retention monitoring, and build onboarding/training programs that support new-hire performance and engagement—especially in high-turnover roles.
Beyond recruiting, I contribute to people strategy. I handle KPI and employee data administration, support KPI/Balanced Scorecard (BSC) mapping across job positions, develop SOPs and TNA through job analysis, and coordinate organizational initiatives such as corporate events and employee engagement programs.
