I currently serve as Head of HRD at Group Lantabura, owning end-to-end HR responsibilities across KPI, HRIS, ComBen, and IR. I’ve delivered measurable improvements, including faster payroll (≤3 days), recruitment (<20 days), and 80%+ satisfaction.
Previously, as Head of Recruitment & Employee Development at PT. Bintang Pelajar (2020–2024), I managed recruitment systems and SOP for technical roles. I built process-driven hiring that stays aligned with business needs and consistent candidate experience.
My recruitment career started with hands-on roles: as Recruitment Supervisor I increased applicants by 150% and improved brand impact by growing followers by 400%. Earlier, as Selection Staff, I managed selection across 7 regions and raised participation by 30%.
I bring an Industrial and Organizational Psychology foundation (University of Indonesia) and a practical, improvement-focused mindset—initiative, adaptive, ready to work hard, not easily panicked. I’m certified in psychological testing tools (TIU, IST, CFIT, EPPS, DISC, Pauli, RMIB, Wartegg) and trained in Workload Analysis using FTE and Total Quality Management, with a strong interest in OD and HR Policy.
