What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own digital operations end-to-end—website updates, online bookings, and customer communications—while working independently in a remote-friendly team that values detail, responsiveness, and smooth customer journeys.

I’m a multilingual digital operations and customer experience specialist with hands-on experience supporting remote environments. I’m detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable coordinating day-to-day operations independently.

Through my work at Altea Adventures (2022–2025), I managed website and digital presence to keep information accurate and engaging. I coordinated online bookings, maintained booking systems, and ensured customers received clear, timely communications.

I also created website and social media content, supporting consistent messaging across channels. I coordinated daily operations and customer workflows in a fast-paced hospitality context to keep things running smoothly.

My toolkit includes WordPress, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, along with Meta Business Suite for business-focused social media work. I continue strengthening my customer support and operational coordination approach using modern tools like ChatGPT.
