I'm looking to contribute to operations, customer experience, content, or marketing work where I can improve processes, collaborate across teams, and use data and multilingual communication to deliver better outcomes.

I've supported booking operations and property onboarding at Spotahome, handling around 200 booking-related customer tickets and publishing and verifying an average of 60 listings daily.

I've also led content operations for an English Ed-Tech team producing 12+ weekly YouTube assets, using performance analytics, SEO coordination, and trend analysis to guide content strategy. My work combines customer communication, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
