At LKTECH, I provide technical support and troubleshooting for phones, tablets, and computers. I handle device setup, updates, and data transfers, and help customers with day-to-day issues.
I also support repairs and supplier coordination at LKTECH, alongside basic administrative tasks and social media and marketing content. Previously, at Officetrax, I managed bilingual technical support, led CRM platform translation, and developed data solutions for quality assurance.
At Aimia, I designed and implemented websites for customer loyalty schemes using web technologies. At Tc Media, I managed data collection in the life assurance industry and conducted statistical analysis using R. I also volunteer as a literacy tutor in Morocco, teaching adults to read and write in Arabic and French.
