At Golden Gate Health, I reach out to patients assigned to providers, check insurance eligibility, and schedule visits. I also review patient superbills for vaccinations, labs, and health screenings they may be due for.
I translate between Spanish-speaking patients and physicians, train new department employees on clinic workflow, and work with medical representatives to help ensure patients receive proper and efficient care.
Previously, I supported bookings and client requests at Pure Imagination Party Company and assisted patients at The Joint Chiropractic with appointments, check-ins, and billing information. At The Joint Chiropractic, I also trained new employees as a Wellness Coordinator Trainer.
