I’m looking for a role where I can lead technical escalation, troubleshoot complex customer issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve quality and satisfaction—while building my impact in cloud and data-driven work.

I’m a collaborative, analytical Technical Support professional with deep expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and sustained satisfaction.

As a Technical Lead at Tek Experts, I serve as a point of escalation for particularly challenging or critical cases. I mentor and train junior support engineers, ensuring support is handled to established quality standards through review, feedback, and quality checks.

In my prior Technical Support Engineer role, I consistently met and exceeded customer satisfaction targets by delivering world-class support across Microsoft environments (EMEA and NOAM). I provided remote support through Microsoft secure channels and performed system diagnosis across software, hardware, and network-related challenges.

I also bring strong engineering fundamentals from software development and current Data Science upskilling (AltSchool Africa). I enjoy using Python, databases, and agile practices to build and maintain applications, and I’m motivated to keep expanding into cloud and data-driven solutions.
