I’m an Experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Support Specialist focused on troubleshooting, administration, and user support across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. I help organisations solve complex issues, strengthen security and compliance settings, and optimise collaboration tools to boost productivity.

In my current role (09/2023 – 01/2026), I support Office 365 users via email, phone, or chat while guiding them to maximise productivity with best practices. I collaborate on Microsoft 365 updates and minimise disruptions through thorough sandbox testing, and I use advanced diagnostics to identify technical issues quickly, working with internal teams and vendors when problems are complex.

Before this, I handled service delivery and technical support for payment processing systems, including resolving transaction confirmation and unprocessed card payment issues. I also build insights through freelance data analysis and visualisation using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Python, and I started my support career by diagnosing hardware and software issues and documenting solutions in a knowledge base.
