I’m looking for a remote role where I can support distributed teams through organized admin workflows and empathetic customer service, improve processes, maintain accurate records, and help teams transition smoothly with reliable execution.

I’m an administrative virtual assistant and customer support specialist with 3+ years of experience supporting distributed teams and client-facing operations. I focus on multi-step workflow coordination, data accuracy, and empathetic communication to keep day-to-day work running smoothly in fast-paced remote environments.

In my current role (Jan 2025–Present), I coordinate multi-step administrative workflows across reports, surveys, and presentation materials. I manage Google Forms and volunteer onboarding, schedule meetings, maintain organized digital filing systems, and support cross-functional communication to prevent task duplication and improve operational alignment.

Earlier, at KOCO PASTRIES, I handled high-volume customer inquiries and orders via WhatsApp and in-store channels, resolving complaints efficiently and strengthening trust.
