What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue resolving complex customer, onboarding, payroll, and platform issues while using KPI insights and cross-functional collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

At Deel, I resolve payroll and platform requests for global clients using HR and Employer of Record solutions. I manage employee onboarding end to end, provide country-specific guidance, and document product feedback to improve customer experience.

I also train new support agents, track KPIs, and use internal knowledge resources to investigate complex issues while meeting SLA targets.
