What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service and administrative professional with over three years of experience in customer support, complaint resolution, and virtual administrative assistance. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced and remote environments.
In my current role as a Customer Service Expert / Virtual Assistant (Remote), I provide remote customer support via email, live chat, and social media.
