I’m looking for a forward-thinking organization where I can drive customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and operational efficiency—using compliance-first sales, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous process improvement to grow sustainable business.

I’m a Consumer Relationship Manager with a results-driven background in sales mobilization, deposit growth, and customer acquisition. I leverage financial acumen and market analysis to make informed decisions that strengthen customer value and drive business growth.

In my current role at Ecobank Nigeria (Port Harcourt), I onboard retail, salary, and SME customers through prospecting, referrals, and relationship-based selling. I also lead deposit mobilization across Current, Savings, and Fixed Deposit accounts, while cross-selling digital banking and investment solutions to increase customer engagement and revenue.

I’m equally comfortable partnering across functions to execute business development initiatives—working with branch operations, credit, digital banking, and product teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery. I take compliance seriously, ensuring KYC and AML adherence while resolving customer enquiries and issues to support loyalty and retention.

Beyond banking, I co-founded and lead operations at O&D Fishery Ltd., handling go-to-market planning, B2B outreach, cold-chain logistics coordination, and basic financial records. I’ve also coordinated sponsorship partnerships and proposals for Career Fest 2026, and supported business operations for an NGO and a ride-hailing/courier company—building my strengths in stakeholder management, documentation, and process improvement.
