I've supported enterprise technology environments at The Associated Jewish Federation and Legg Mason, managing desktop systems, infrastructure access, hardware provisioning, and technical onboarding.
At The Associated Jewish Federation, I deliver support across Windows 2000 through Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, administer Active Directory and Exchange, configure laptops and desktops, and support iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. I also lead new-hire technical orientations and support Cisco IP phones, videoconferencing, and multimedia meeting environments.
At Legg Mason, I monitored LAN/WAN environments spanning IBM mainframes, Unix, Windows Server 2003, and Citrix. I maintained a Citrix farm of more than 50 servers and 200 application servers, deployed software through SMS, implemented WhatsUp Gold monitoring, and contributed to disaster recovery and change-management processes.
I'm equally comfortable resolving complex technical issues and translating troubleshooting into clear guidance for customers and colleagues.
