I am a motivated and results-oriented professional with a strong academic background in Operations Management and Project Management, holding a National Diploma in Operations Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management. My career journey has equipped me with practical experience across administration, sales, customer service, and stock control, allowing me to develop a well-rounded and adaptable skill set.

In these roles, I developed strong competencies in stock management, inventory control, sales support, customer engagement, and administrative coordination. My responsibilities included stock auditing, cycle counts, managing stock transfers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient daily operations. I also gained experience in handling client queries, processing transactions, and supporting business growth through effective customer service and marketing support.
