I am a motivated and results-oriented professional with a strong academic background in Operations Management and Project Management, holding a National Diploma in Operations Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management. My career journey has equipped me with practical experience across administration, sales, customer service, and stock control, allowing me to develop a well-rounded and adaptable skill set.

I have gained valuable experience working with organizations such as Transnet Engineering, where I completed my in-service training in Operations Management, as well as roles at African Bank, Cash Crusaders, and Fremtac Fire and Rescue. In these roles, I developed strong competencies in stock management, inventory control, sales support, customer engagement, and administrative coordination. My responsibilities included stock auditing, cycle counts, managing stock transfers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient daily operations. I also gained experience in handling client queries, processing transactions, and supporting business growth through effective customer service and marketing support.

I am highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and within a team. My experience has strengthened my problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

In addition to my core qualifications, I have completed a Virtual Assistant certification through ALX Academy and a TEFL certificate, which has expanded my ability to work in remote environments and engage with diverse clients globally. I am particularly interested in opportunities within administration, supply chain management, customer service, virtual assistance, and online support roles.
