What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity supporting AI infrastructure, automation workflows, Linux systems, or high-performance hardware where I can troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly with users, and continue developing my technical skills.

I troubleshoot self-hosted AI infrastructure on Linux, including Odysseus AI workspaces, Docker containers, and locally hosted Ollama LLM integrations.

I've monitored Retell AI and n8n voice-agent workflows, diagnosed failures, and restored functionality while minimizing downtime. I also build and support high-performance PCs, VR hardware modifications, and XR/VR collaborative environments.

My experience supporting customers in fast-paced gig, sales, and outreach roles has strengthened my ability to explain technical issues clearly, de-escalate concerns, and stay calm under pressure.

I'm continuing my higher education and technical development at the Community College of Baltimore County, with a focus on dependable technical support and practical AI systems work.
