At Commonwealth Bank of Australia, I lead business management and special projects for Group Compliance & Technology Risk, bringing structure to operating models, governance, capacity planning, and Board and executive reporting.

I've established OKRs, quarterly review cadences, risk oversight, and decision governance that improve transparency, accountability, and cross-functional coordination. I also oversee a $50m+ annual operational expenditure portfolio and led Risk Management AI Week, delivering 1,400+ training hours to more than 1,700 attendees.

Previously, I managed business performance and solutions within Risk Management, prioritising change demand, enabling scaled Agile planning, designing target-state operating models, and leading Business Analysts through discovery, requirements, and business-case development.

My earlier work spans process transformation, change delivery, performance reporting, talent sourcing, and international talent management across banking and hospitality. I bring a practical, outcomes-focused approach to reducing risk, improving processes, and helping leadership teams make clear decisions.
