What I'm looking for

I'm open to relocation across the GCC and looking to apply my VoIP, PBX, IT support, Python, and automation experience in a hands-on technical role.

At Arabicss, I support business VoIP accounts by diagnosing SIP and IAX2 registration failures, call-routing faults, and call-quality issues using Wireshark, sngrep, and the Asterisk CLI. I configure SIP trunks, DIDs, extensions, codecs, and NAT traversal across Issabel and Asterisk PBX environments.

I rebuilt a forked open-source SIP client into a branded softphone, fixing audio device selection, call-history persistence, and transfer bugs. I also built a drag-and-drop IVR call flow builder and an agent PC provisioning and diagnostics tool that replaced a manual setup checklist.

Previously, I ran IT for the El Sorady branch at El-Oruba Company, covering LAN, Wi-Fi, POS terminals, IP cameras, Windows support, printers, and Active Directory. I also built Python and AI projects spanning deep-learning action recognition, multi-student tracking, and secure image transfer.
