I’m looking for a tier-2/3 infrastructure support role where I can own complex incident mitigation, partner with engineering on deployments, and use packet-level and database-level diagnostics to drive measurable, repeatable fixes.

I’m an Analytical and highly technical Electronics and Communications Engineer focused on infrastructure management, network operations, and tier-2/3 application diagnostics. In my Tier 2 role, I isolate complex dependencies end-to-end—using system event logs, runtime performance traces, and packet-level insight—to restore deployment stability and remediate high-stakes escalations with engineering teams.

I troubleshoot cross-layer issues spanning IIS, regional networks, and connected peripheral hardware.
