I’m a customer service oriented professional backed by retail experience, with a strong focus on timely, accurate data to help ensure reimbursement for patient services. I’m comfortable working within policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain consistent quality.

In my retail roles, I regularly interacted with customers, supported special orders, and helped locate the best product to match customer needs. I handled final sales, recommended and upsold merchandise, answered questions, and maintained accurate inventory practices.

I also delivered dependable cashier and customer service support—operating a cash register, accepting payments, taking inbound phone calls, and helping the team keep operations running smoothly. I trained new team members and maintained a positive, respectful, team-oriented approach while working with diverse customers and staff.

Through my Medical Billing and Coding diploma, I’m building toward patient-centered work that pairs service excellence with careful handling of medical information. I take privacy and confidentiality seriously, and I’m ready to bring my attention to detail, reliable communication, and guideline-following mindset to a healthcare billing environment.
