What I'm looking for
I’m a customer service oriented professional who provides timely and accurate data to support reimbursement for patient services. I follow policies and guidelines to ensure consistent quality, and I prioritize maintaining and assuring patient privacy.
In my recent remote role as an “Operations Expert / Customer Service I,” I provided operational support by answering inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and entering customer account data clearly and accurately. Previously at Aramark, I worked as a “Cashier / Customer Service,” delivering fast, friendly service, operating a cash register, and following policies tied to customer confidentiality. I also accounted for the cash drawer at the end of each shift and worked effectively with diverse customers and staff.
I’m currently building my healthcare billing foundation through my “Diploma – Medical Billing and Coding” at Ultimate Medical Academy. My training covers accounts receivable, collections, co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, EOB review, claims processing, and HIPAA rules—along with EHR/EMR concepts and coding using ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and CPT.
