I’m immediately available and ready for remote work in PST. I want a role where I can handle inbound support, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver first-contact resolution—while using CRM accuracy, escalation ownership, and a proactive, can-do approach.

I’m a Customer Support Representative with experience in B2B & B2C customer support, technical troubleshooting, and inbound call handling. I resolve complex technical and service issues end-to-end via calls, live chat, and email with a strong first-contact resolution focus.

In my call center work, I managed high-volume inbound calls for a US-based account, troubleshot cable and internet service issues with step-by-step guidance, and coordinated cross-departmentally on complex cases to prevent unresolved escalations.
