I am a Customer Support Representative with several years of experience in customer service, live chat support, community moderation, and troubleshooting. My career has focused on helping customers resolve issues quickly, understanding their concerns, and providing clear and professional solutions.

In my previous role at SurgeTrader, I handled customer inquiries, supported users across digital platforms, explained company policies and trading-related processes, and managed high-volume conversations while maintaining a positive customer experience. I also developed experience using tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Discord, Slack, Telegram, MT4, MT5, DXTrade, and TradingView.

I’m particularly interested in remote Customer Support, Customer Service, Community Support, and Customer Success opportunities. I enjoy working with people, solving problems, learning new tools, and improving the overall customer experience. I’m also interested in the technology, fintech, trading, and digital services industries.
