What I'm looking for

I'm interested in customer support, customer experience, client success, customer success, client relationship management, service delivery, and customer retention roles.

At VALUE FLOW TRADING (VFT), I serve as a point of contact for customers and prospects, answering enquiries and supporting them from onboarding through ongoing engagement.

I guide new customers through requirements, products, and next steps, and handle complaints by working toward practical resolutions or escalating issues when specialist support is needed.

I also support students as a Trading Trainer, explaining trading concepts in accessible language and facilitating live training sessions and market discussions.

Across both roles, I use CRM processes to track customer information and follow-ups, support online communities, and work with sales, trading, training, marketing, and administrative teams to address customer needs.
