I'm looking for a remote customer or community support role where I can help users across live chat, email, and community platforms while growing my knowledge of fintech, cryptocurrency, trading, and CRM tools.

I've supported users through Discord, Telegram, and online communities since 2022, answering questions, resolving basic issues, and directing complex inquiries to appropriate resources.

I help maintain positive community experiences by monitoring discussions, encouraging respectful interactions, enforcing guidelines, and communicating clearly and empathetically. My work has strengthened my customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills in remote, fast-paced environments.
