Previously at 360tf, I grew from the sixth hire to Senior Manager, Global Strategic Alliances & Legal, helping expand into 25+ global markets through partnerships, business operations, legal coordination, and new product initiatives. I build KPI and OKR dashboards, operating cadences, and scalable processes that give leadership actionable performance insights.
