At Vianet Communications (one of Nepal’s leading ISPs), I’ve managed full-cycle recruitment—from job postings and screening to onboarding. I also maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance, while coordinating with department heads on staffing needs and workforce planning.

I’m equally focused on people and process: I help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and HR communications, and I handle HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and performance review tracking. I’m now seeking to leverage this operational HR experience to grow as a banking professional within a structured Management Trainee program, contributing to organizational excellence and customer-centric service delivery.
