I’m a customer-focused Guest Experience Manager with experience managing high-volume service environments, resolving issues quickly, and delivering consistent, high-quality experiences. I’m known for communicating clearly, multitasking effectively, and staying organized in fast-paced settings.

In my current role, I manage daily customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution. I communicate with team members and leadership to maintain smooth operations, monitor performance for consistency in service quality, and support operational efficiency.

I also train new and existing employees on customer service standards, company policies, and procedures. I monitor quality control and compliance while implementing practices to reduce waste and improve productivity—so teams can deliver the same great experience every shift.

Earlier, I contributed to event readiness and high-volume production by reviewing event orders, calculating accurate production quantities, and collaborating across teams to meet deadlines. Whether I’m in customer-facing support or operational roles, I bring strong attention to detail, problem solving, and a commitment to process improvement.
