What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a sales/business development role where I can own key accounts, grow revenue through negotiation and relationship management, and use Salesforce dashboards and market intelligence to drive forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and long-term profitability.

I’m a strategic sales and business development professional with 8 years of experience building revenue across competitive markets. I expand key account portfolios, revive dormant business relationships, and improve profitability through negotiation and relationship management.

In my current role as Sales Coordinator - Key Accounts, I focus on acquiring new business and recovering lost dormant accounts, while keeping pipeline accurate in Salesforce CRM. I manage a portfolio of over 100 key accounts across Zimbabwe and use Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel to design weekly dashboards that improve forecast accuracy and support proactive client engagement.

Previously, at Unlimited Procurement Private Limited trading as Dratel, I progressed through Sales Representative, Sales & Marketing Officer, and Business Development & Operations Manager roles. I negotiated with suppliers, reduced product landing costs, improved profit margins, and strengthened cash flow by tightening supplier payment terms, while mentoring junior interns and training teams to improve merchandising, negotiation, and customer engagement.
