At Flower Aceh, I lead operational execution and program delivery across development initiatives involving international partners, government institutions, community organizations, and multidisciplinary teams. I manage programs supported by international partners, including UNICEF-supported initiatives, and have worked with budgets exceeding IDR 15 billion over three years.
I built monitoring frameworks, reporting workflows, documentation systems, and performance-tracking mechanisms to support delivery and leadership decisions. I also developed KPI monitoring approaches and improved program accountability using Kobo Toolbox, SurveyCTO, Power BI, and SharePoint.
My work has included UNICEF-supported nutrition and child development programs, as well as disaster response and humanitarian operations. I’ve also worked as a Research & Data Systems Specialist, managing data collection systems and supporting digital transformation through database development and technology solutions.
