What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and scale business operations where I can own P&L performance, capacity planning, operating-model design, and cross-functional execution while partnering with senior leadership on growth, margin, retention, and delivery quality.

I've led business and commercial operations at Teleperformance across LATAM and EMEA, owning P&L performance for a 410-person, multi-line-of-business organization supporting Uber. I partnered directly with client Country Manager and GM leadership to translate scaling priorities into operating models, workforce plans, and delivery governance.

I built a new business line from zero to 30 people, generating more than US$2M in incremental Q1 revenue. I also redesigned inbound operations to raise conversion from 25% to 47%, improved first-interaction success from 30% to 85%, and reduced new-account churn from 48% to 20% through a structured lifecycle operation.

Previously, I managed international planning at PriceSmart and led end-to-end operations, SAP implementation, invoicing standardization, and service expansion at Linalca Informática. I use financial and operational data to improve margins, retention, and delivery quality across cross-functional teams.
