What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-first role where I can own inbox and calendar management, coordinate meetings and travel, and support finance administration and CRM accuracy across time zones.

I’m a results-driven Virtual Administrative Assistant with 8+ years of experience delivering high-impact remote support across nonprofit, corporate, and research environments. I’m known for keeping distributed teams organized through strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and reliable coordination across multiple time zones.

In my current remote role, I manage high-volume email correspondence, calendars, and appointment scheduling; coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and online events; and maintain client databases and CRM systems with confidentiality and data accuracy. I also support financial administration through invoicing, expense tracking, and monthly bank reconciliations, while conducting lead generation, market research, and client feedback analysis to support business development.

Earlier, as a Finance & Administration Officer, I handled end-to-end financial and administrative operations in compliance with donor and organizational requirements, prepared financial and donor reports, coordinated audits, and oversaw project budgets and procurement processes. I also bring research-support administration experience from IDRC, plus office operations expertise, and I continue to lead as a co-founder and programme coordinator through community-focused budgeting and resource mobilization.
