I lead enterprise transformation and change programmes across PwC, Shoprite, City of Cape Town, Sasol, Standard Bank, and other large organisations. My work focuses on turning complex operating-model, SAP, retail, and business transformation initiatives into measurable readiness and adoption outcomes.
At PwC, I led nine change managers across enterprise programmes, including Experian’s global operating model transformation and a SAP SuccessFactors implementation. I established governance, reporting, KPI tracking, and stakeholder strategies that improved delivery consistency and portfolio visibility.
At Shoprite, I led business readiness across high-volume retail transformation programmes, coordinating IT, operations, and business teams to maintain operational stability across stores and business units. I also built business anchor and change-agent networks, tracked adoption and performance, and managed readiness risks through implementation cycles.
