What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex technology and business transformation programmes, particularly SAP, payroll, workforce management, operating model, change, and training initiatives that require stakeholder alignment and sustainable user adoption.

I've delivered 30+ project, change, and training initiatives for 20+ clients, including Deloitte, ABF Sugar, Aspen Pharmacare, AECI, Sasol, Anglo American Platinum, Liberty Group, and ABSA.

At ABF Sugar, I led change and training for an SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP Analytics Cloud rollout to 4,500 users across Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Eswatini, and South Africa, managing a team of 20. I also led SAP S/4HANA and ECC change and training for 3,700 users at Aspen Pharmacare, supporting successful go-lives and sustainable adoption.

My work spans SAP transformations, payroll and workforce management, operating model redesign, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, communications, and multi-country deployments. I bring PMP and Prosci Change Practitioner credentials to complex business transformation programmes.
