At WE Data - Telecom Egypt, I manage the Performance Management Unit and prepare HR analytics reports and dashboards that help management identify trends and make decisions.

I’m responsible for the annual objective-setting and performance-development review cycles, as well as employee performance agreements. I also manage exit interviews and leavers analysis.

At JOBMASTER Human Capital Solutions, I was HR Consultant and Head of Surveys, responsible for the Surveys section and Reward Management Projects. I ran job evaluation exercises using JOBMASTER JET and contributed as a member of the assessment center.

Earlier, at Raya Trade and Raya Corp. (Trade LOB), I worked across recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and training activities. I’m currently enrolled in an MBA program at ESLSCA Business School.
