I’m a results-oriented Senior HR Analyst focused on optimizing HR operations and driving strategic initiatives across the Middle East region. I combine employee lifecycle expertise with rigorous data analysis to help teams make data-driven decisions.
In my work, I analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and prepare HR reports that support decision-making. I manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance, while supporting system upgrades and implementations.
I also bring hands-on experience across HR initiatives—talent management (talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding), employee relations (including investigations), and HR operations & compliance (HR policies, labor regulations, compensation, and performance reviews). I’m passionate about fostering a positive work culture and continuously improving HR processes.
