I’m looking for roles where I can lead people strategy end-to-end—org design, compliance, and HRIS-driven automation—with room to partner with executives, use HR data for talent decisions, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.

I’m a Strategic HR Partner and Managing Partner, directing HR operations, consulting, and outsourcing across Egypt, EMEA, and US-based client accounts. I own P&L, pricing, and executive-level client relationships while leading organizational architecture, policy design, HRIS strategy, and full-cycle talent acquisition.

In my work, I translate business priorities into people strategy through data-driven talent decisions and measurable operational outcomes. I delivered a 75% reduction in manual HR workload through self-built automation and led HR functions for organizations up to 450 employees.

I’m known for building trust with leadership—not as a transactional HR function, but as a strategic advisor. I design restructuring plans, employee handbooks, and compliance governance, while partnering across HR, operations, and regional stakeholders to help clients scale HR effectively.
