I’m looking for a fast-paced, people-first team where I can lead office operations, manage scheduling and insurance coordination, and use my accounts receivable and patient-relations experience to improve day-to-day efficiency and results.

I’m an organized and proactive administrative professional with extensive experience in office management, customer service, healthcare administration, insurance coordination, and team leadership. I’m known for strong communication, attention to detail, and building positive relationships with customers, patients, and coworkers.

In my office management roles, I handle daily operations for busy environments—answering and directing incoming calls, maintaining company records and invoices, coordinating office communications, and supporting overall business operations. I also manage financial coordination through accounts receivable and collections, and I oversee accounts payable and end-of-day deposits.

In healthcare settings, I lead front office operations with patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient communications by phone, email, text, and in person. I verify insurance benefits, communicate treatment plan responsibilities, maintain patient records, and monitor broken appointments and cancellations, while balancing daily financial reports and monthly AR reporting.

I also bring program leadership from wellness work, including hiring, training, and supervising seven health coaches across six states and coordinating quarterly coaching meetings.
