I’m looking for a leadership role in healthcare where I can drive client onboarding and performance improvement, translate complex product and regulatory details into clear guidance, and strengthen outcomes through strategic communications and staff training.

I’m a Director of Client Services with a long track record of leading client onboarding, implementation training, and thought leadership for a pharmacy data solutions firm. I translate complex platform functionality and regulatory/industry complexity into clear, practical guidance—then turn participant feedback into measurable Performance Improvement initiatives for internal stakeholders.

Before my current client services leadership, I led finance and administration functions, including financial reporting, billing/collections, contract compliance, HR operations, and Medicare Part B Accreditation Compliance. I also bring strong communications and content capabilities from freelance writing, producing marketing/editorial work across healthcare and travel from research through publication.
