What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can combine product, business analysis, and digital marketing skills to build useful systems, improve customer experiences, and grow through cross-functional collaboration.

I've built web-based systems for food inventory and production management, replacing manual tracking with automated n8n data workflows and demand-aligned production insights. I also directed product development for an ingredient-based smart recipe platform, defining relevance scoring logic and administrative workflows.

At MonkeyEdu Vietnam and TOTO Dung Diep Vietnam, I analyzed customer segments, developed targeted marketing strategies, managed product data, and created multimedia content to strengthen engagement and brand visibility.
