I’m looking to transition into tech support or collaborative development, using my customer-first mindset and my Python/Django/SQL skills to help users succeed. I want a dynamic team where I can keep learning, solve problems, and contribute to user-centric solutions.

I’m a dedicated customer service professional with over nine years of experience in fast-paced food service and retail environments, where I consistently kept operations smooth, food safety standards on point, and customers taken care of. In roles at Pizza Hut, HerStyler Kiosk, and Smoothie King, I handled high-pressure rushes, resolved customer hiccups with empathy, and strengthened teamwork by adapting quickly to whatever the day demanded.

Now I’m transitioning into the tech field, building toward a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology in progress. I bring strong technical competencies in Python, Django, SQL, and Linux, plus hands-on experience with Docker and Git/GitHub to support project workflows and deployment.
