At Community3 (Dec 2024 – Present), I’ve driven over $100M+ in generated trading volume for dYdX through structured community growth initiatives, user onboarding programs, campaign execution, and retention strategies. I lead end-to-end service division management for 30+ partners across fintech, AI, gaming, and digital infrastructure—building a commercial opportunity pipeline from qualification to revenue delivery and achieving 40%+ client and members retention.
