At Breaktime Corner Market, I lead corporate operations across approximately 400 stores and properties, managing utilities, fleet, rent roll, property operations, and acquisition support. I oversee approximately $59.5M in annual operational financial scope and work with teams across the business to improve cost, visibility, and accountability.
I led a utilities transformation that replaced fragmented spreadsheets with workflows designed to scale from 50 locations to approximately 400. Through contract reviews, vendor negotiations, usage analysis, and service optimization, I reduced annual waste-management costs from approximately $1.5M to $950K and electricity costs from approximately $2.0M to $1.2M.
I also restructured rent-roll operations across approximately 150 properties and lead the phased DoorLoop implementation. The redesigned process reduced a recurring task from six hours to two hours, while the fleet model scaled from 12 to 112 vehicles and lowered average acquisition costs.
Earlier, at IBEX Pakistan (TRG International), I supported customer operations on the Walmart account, creating issue-specific scripts and helping agents handle escalations. I also led daily operations for Zoom Men's Saloon's Karachi expansion and supported customer service, sales, procurement, and delivery coordination at Vape & More.
