What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a cybersecurity or IT operations role where I can apply infrastructure security, vulnerability analysis, system hardening, threat detection, and multilingual technical support.

At Motorola, I provided multilingual remote support for mobile devices across the Middle East, resolving technical issues through TeamViewer, AnyDesk, MobiControl, Zendesk, and Salesforce Service Cloud. I handled escalations, remote diagnostics, software updates, device restorations, and customer-feedback analysis in Arabic, Spanish, and English.

I'm currently completing a B.Sc. in Cybersecurity and bringing hands-on knowledge of threat detection, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, incident response, SIEM monitoring, network security, and system hardening. My earlier operational and technical support roles at Premier Inn and Hampton by Hilton strengthened my ability to coordinate teams, train colleagues, and solve complex customer and systems issues.
