I’m looking for a progressive, people-oriented organization where I can deepen my technical skills and support customers through accurate verification, efficient online payment processing, and responsive service.

I’m a responsible, hard-working payments and customer service professional focused on logical thinking, strong work ethic, and clear communication. I aim to continuously enhance my technical skills while contributing as key personnel in a progressive, people-oriented organization.

In my current role, I handle voice and non-voice verification and online payment processing. I process clients’ scheduled payments and support account handling with careful attention to accuracy and client needs.

Previously, I worked as a Sales and Services Agent for an international airline services company, where I processed passenger tickets and assisted with booking, baggage, seat selection, rebooking, and post-flight concerns such as claims, compensation, and refunds. I also completed pre-employment and upskill trainings in reservations and ticketing, strengthening how I support customers from start to finish.
