I’m an engineering student with a structured, problem-solving approach and strong communication skills. I’m comfortable with voice-based conversations, active listening, and quickly learning new tools and processes.

In my role as a Course Sales Associate, I sold course enrollments through direct outreach and follow-up conversations. I handled objections and closed independently, staying consistent and dependable through the full sales flow.

I can also support customers with basic IT concepts, including networking and OS troubleshooting, plus ticketing workflows. Along with MS Office and Google Sheets, I use a clear, step-by-step mindset to resolve issues and guide next actions.

I’ve strengthened my self-direction through independent long-form YouTube content production—researching, scripting, editing, and publishing end-to-end. I’m now looking for remote, night-shift work after 7:00 PM IST in customer support, technical support, or sales.
