What I'm looking for

I am looking for an entry-level inbound voice/customer support role (preferably WFH) where I can apply strong communication and data-handling skills, follow compliance, and grow through training and team collaboration.

I am a customer-focused and detail-oriented B.Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) graduate with hands-on training in employability skills, customer interaction, and data handling. I bring strong verbal communication, active listening, and a commitment to accuracy and process adherence.

I have completed structured training programs including a 113-hour JobReady employability course and certifications in AI/ML Data Science and Full Stack Java development, which strengthened my analytical thinking and technical foundations. I am comfortable with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Google Sheets, Docs, and basic creative work in Canva.

I seek to deliver high-quality customer service in a professional work-from-home environment, contribute to team-driven problem solving, and grow within a role that values compliance, reliability, and continuous learning.
