What I'm looking for

I want to lead delivery, PMO, and program execution for cloud, fintech, and SaaS—coaching cross-functional teams to hit on-time, on-budget outcomes while partnering with stakeholders to scale impact and revenue.

I’m a delivery leader with 10+ years of regional experience, consistently managing multimillion-dollar projects and commercial operations to enable timely launches of banking, fintech, SaaS, and IT applications. I’m recognized as a decisive, persevering leader who coaches teams to deliver breakthroughs.

I’ve led major cloud programs, including a Cloud Cost FinOps initiative at a Fortune 150 company with visibility into $500M annual cloud spend across GCP, AWS, and Azure. I also managed governance programs supporting accurate royalty and revenue recognition (~$10M/month) and centralized key deliverables to strengthen weekly reporting and execution.

Most recently, I’m Managing Director & Independent Contractor with end-to-end software development and delivery management services. Previously as a Regional Director (reports to CEO), I spearheaded regional project delivery, served as Scrum Master, and built the PMO from scratch to drive 100% on-time and on-budget completions, including an HKMA-compliant cloud-native digital lending stack supporting 150,000+ users.
