At ST Engineering Pte Ltd, I led delivery of a multi-vendor enterprise portal transformation, coordinating business, product, architecture, engineering, QA, security, infrastructure and DevOps workstreams toward phased releases.
At Accenture Pte Ltd, I led application delivery, releases and production operations for the National Electronic Health Record ecosystem. I managed work across more than 20 applications and matrix-led 150+ onshore and offshore resources.
Through release assurance and operational governance, I sustained zero Sev1/Sev2 incidents for five consecutive years and only two major incidents over seven years. I also directed major-incident response, disaster recovery and service improvement.
Earlier, I delivered and supported an airline learning management system at Xchanging Pte Ltd, and worked on enterprise web solutions and banking software. I’m developing AI governance capability and pursuing AWS certification learning.
